Privacy Policy

This policy covers the limited personal data we handle through unlimited.bio. Our self-tests are anonymous: your answers and your result are worked out in your browser, are never sent to us, are never stored, and are never shared.
1. Who we are
unlimited.bio is operated by Unlimited Bio Company (permit number 83465871981745), Beta Building, Oficina 6, Próspera ZEDE, St. John’s Bay, Roatán, Islas de Bahía 34101, Honduras ("Unlimited Bio", "we", "us"), the data controller. Privacy contact: privacy@unlimit.bio.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, and phone (phone optional).
- Updates subscription: the email and/or phone you give us, if you choose to subscribe.
- Site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate and does not identify you.
The ED, PAD, and frailty self-tests collect nothing: they run entirely in your browser. We do not fingerprint you, run advertising trackers, or buy data about you.
3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your message. Legal basis: your consent.
- To send updates you subscribed to. Legal basis: your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To run and measure the site with aggregate analytics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (no personal data is involved).
4. Who sees it, and where
Only our processors and our own team: Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics) and Google Workspace (submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet and trigger an internal notification email). Both may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data for anyone else's advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for up to 60 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first, unless a law requires us to keep them longer.
6. How we protect it
Forms run over HTTPS/TLS, so what you send travels encrypted. Submissions sit in a private Google Sheet that Google encrypts at rest, opened only by a single company account secured with a long, random password and 2-Step Verification. Your data is not used to train AI. We run no bespoke penetration testing; if Google or that account is ever breached, data could be exposed. Report concerns to privacy@unlimit.bio and we will investigate within five business days.
7. Your rights
To exercise any right, email privacy@unlimit.bio; we respond within 30 days and never discriminate against you for asking.

8. Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless. Our hosting/security provider may set strictly necessary cookies needed to deliver the site securely.
9. Changes
We will update the "Effective date" above and publish the new version here. For material changes, we will email you if we still hold your address.
